Event sponsorship is a great way to support and help grow our programs. With your sponsorship we can guarantee that every dollar earned during our fundraising events is directed towards our life-saving programs for pets, such as necessary medical care and attention and food.
Events run the gambit from sit-down dinner fundraisers, to auctions - silent and live, to flea market stalls, to bookfairs, to live performances, to raffles and sponsorship can also be a great tool for businesses and organizations to enhance their image as good corporate citizens. The Presenting Sponsor is a major role that will contribute to a successful event for Pets Niagara. The Presenting sponsorship funds will act in the place of the Key Sponsor, Cocktails Sponsor, Venue Sponsor, Media Sponsor, Yearly Awards sponsor and Ambience Sponsor. The presenting sponsor will have their logo and/or company name placed in a prominent position on all marketing materials created for this event. They will be acknowledged as the presenting sponsor at the event, on the cover of any required event program, on the Pets Niagara website, on the event poster and in all social media and newspaper notices used to promote the event. The presenting sponsor will have the opportunity, should they so desire, to present the one or more of the Yearly Awards during the awards night event.
The Key sponsorship will fund the cost of delicious food and/or hors d’oeuvres as well as staff who serve them at the event.
The Venue sponsorship will fund the cost of the event hall rental as well as any special municipal permits or licences that may be required for the event.
The Media sponsor will provide all printed material required for an event whether it is an event program, printed tickets for raffles, admission tickets, name tags, printed auction slates, contestant numbers for pet shows or fundraising walks or runs.
The Cocktail and Refreshments sponsorship will fund the cost of libations and serving staff for certain events.
The Yearly Awards sponsorship is divided into three categories: Pet of the Year; Volunteer of the Year; and, Youth Ambassador of the year. The sponsorship funds will provide the certificates and prizes awarded to the winners and runners up in each category.
The Ambience sponsorship fund will provide the table cloths, centerpieces and any standing displays that may be required to enhance an event such as a sit-down dinner or silent auction.
The sponsorship levels listed above will receive the following perks. Their logo will be placed on the event poster. They will also be acknowledged on the cover of and inside any event program that is printed for the event as well as on all signage at an event.
