If you have an emergency situation with a pet or wildlife please contact either your own veterinarian's office, an emergency clinic, the humane society local to your place of residence or, if wildlife is involved, OntarioWildlifeRescue.ca. Our telephone is not manned and we are not properly equipped or staffed to handle animal emergencies of any nature.
For all other enquiries, please leave a message with your name, a contact number or email and a brief message of the nature of your call and we will contact you before 9:00 p.m. of that same day.
