About Us

Our focus is to assist pets at risk of being euthanized or those who are senior and homeless. So, we at Pets Niagara have been rescuing and re-homing pets since 2012. A volunteer-powered, non-profit organization, we save, treat, foster and re-home pets in critical need of help in the Niagara Peninsula. We strive every day to provide high-quality treatment to all pets in our care. Every pet deserves a home. We’re here to help them get there. For those pets that are not suitable for adoption either due to their age or health care needs we provide a life-long loving sanctuary home. Read our full story here.

Every month is dental health month for pets!

Just like humans, pets can develop dental issues such as tartar buildup, gum disease, and tooth decay. Regular dental care is crucial to prevent these problems and maintain their overall well-being.

By providing proper dental care, such as regular brushing, dental check-ups, and a healthy diet, pet owners can ensure their feline friends have strong, healthy teeth and gums.

Fostering Helps Us Save More Lives!

Fostering animals saves lives, giving homeless pets a loving home while they wait for adoption. It's a rewarding experience that brings joy and companionship to your household. As a foster, you're crucial in socializing and preparing these pets for their forever families. As a foster you are in a unique position to help abused or neglected animals learn how to love and trust. Make a difference—foster today! You can read more about our foster program here.
