Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via your selected shipper with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery bywith required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Standard Shipping 1-30 Business days, depending on destination, when order is placed by 1pm EST

Express Shipping 1-4 Business days when order is placed by 1pm EST

Next Day Shipping 0- 1 business day when order is placed by 1pm EST

"Can you mark my package as a 'Gift' or list a lower total on my customs form so that I don't have to pay customs/duties fees?"

No. Unfortunately, this practice is unlawful and we're committed to keeping our business compliant in all arenas, including with international shipping requirements.  This way we can ensure that your package reaches you safe and sound -- following this requirement is actually one of the reasons it's so rare that we ever have issues with international delivery! Please don't email us requesting this, because the answer will always be the same.

"Help! I haven't received my order!"

Fear not! Only a handful of shipped products have ever truly gone missing. Occasionally though an order may be returned to us. If your package hasn't been delivered after the time listed in your fulfillment email, please contact us at customerservice@petsniagara.org and we'll be very happy to help track this down. Either way we'll ensure this gets into your hands as quickly as humanly possible and we'll absolutely never leave a gal or guy hanging!
